Soho Veteran Joins Outpost VFX

14 November 2017

Framestore, Lipsync Post and DNeg TV veteran Andy Burrow has joined Outpost VFX

We’re really excited to welcome another superb producer to our growing team.

Andy Burrow has joined Outpost VFX from Lipsync Post to help facilitate our growing roster of film, TV and commercials projects.

Prior to moving into visual effects, Andy worked at Framestore CFC as a Scanning and Recording Manager before making the move across Soho to Lipsync, where he worked on Total Recall, Great Expectations and more.

After a stint at MPC, where he coordinated VFX on feature films like Guardians of the Galaxy and Maleficent, Andy moved to DNeg TV to work on shows like Will for TNT and Hooten and the Lady for Sky.

“I’m really excited to be joining Outpost VFX,” said Andy. “It’s going to be great to be here on the coast working within a company that has a fresh approach to the whole VFX experience while still producing work of a quality as good as what’s currently coming out of Soho.”

“It seems fitting that the day Andy joins is our fifth birthday, a time when we’re looking back at how far we have come,” said Gez Hixson, Head of Production at Outpost VFX.

“Andy joins us with a huge reputation as one of the best VFX producers in the business. His resumé is certainly impressive. I am incredibly excited about what Andy will bring to the production team here as we kick on with our next five year plan.”
